What is an association

This is a group of people coming together to make a collective activity in a stable, democratic and self-organization, non-profit, independent, at least formally, the state, political parties and companies.

Basic requirements of an association

Grouping least three people on a voluntary and free.

No profit-making, it would become commercial companies. The members of the board can not make a profit for the work they perform.

Be democratic. All associated persons must have a say. It should be regulated the way of reaching agreements and collective will to manifest without discrimination or privileges.

Have legal personality. Thus constitute independent entities of members and members who compose and statutes are approved and registered.

Pursuing for general purposes.

Having an own autonomous organization, which sets the set of associated persons.

Ability of sovereign decision without relying on other institutions.
