PURPOSE OF BUSINESS ASSOCIATIONS


Business associations could be defined as private organizations based on agreements between companies or entrepreneurs that bind members formally and publicly to promote the achievement of favorable conditions for the set, to support each other and to their interests in a field and given territory , in order to perform different functions.
Here are the main actions are the Tourism Business Associations within its action plan:
Collective labor bargaining
The approach of collective labor disputes
Social dialogue
Institutional participation in public service labor administrations for the defense of the general interests of employers.
Reaching agreement with unified criteria in setting guidelines for troubleshooting common to the members of the Association.
Inform and advise the integrated Entrepreneurs Association in all matters that can offer a professional interest, by establishing the necessary services.
Inform, advise and negotiate with the Central, Regional, Provincial, Regional and Local, when discussing matters generally affecting the interests of entrepreneurs integrated into the Association.
  
Promote harmony and concord among its members for economic avoiding discord and fostering professional or fair competition.
Coordinate the activities and interests of the different sections that make up the Association.
Maintain institutional relations with other higher territorial associations.
Advise legal, economic and technical partners.
To improve the competitiveness of its members by promoting the application and development of training programs, and increase the opportunities for development of the territory.
Any other purpose that involves a common socio-economic interest to the general membership of the Association.
